I still think in your case a 34 row cooler, with a bigger fan, will be a better option for your temps. There is just enough room in the GTM oil cooler mounting location for one. One thing to remember that I've observed is that oil temp can be a direct indication of coolant temps too.
We all know that the OEM gauge sucks and doesn't give proper indication of the coolant temps.

I can imagine the heat your generating with the Stage 2 kit
