The bigger valve will definitely make it louder.
We have found in the last 4 months, that the compressor and the throttle is heavily loaded.
The problem is that at high engine speeds and throttle closed, much air needs to be transported away! Over the Bypass.
The "25mm" Turbosmart BOV comes here to its limits.

With the Stroker- kit (4:07 liters) and the compression ratio of 10.5 : 1,
needs the engine more air than before.

Using the same compressor setup I had before the engine conversion 10 - 11 psi Boost.
Now only max 9 Psi! The amount of air from the Vortech is the same.

With the new conversion I want to achieve about 12 psi boost.

The following parts and adjustments are made in the next 2 weeks:

- All bearings and seals in the Vortech V-3 Sci be changed
- New Vortech Pulleys (High Traction)
- New flat belt (compressor and engine)
- Converted to Speed Density
- EcuTek optimization
- Full Service (oils etc.)

With the Speed Density conversion I can intercooling evaluate after the plenum cooler and set the new water pump on the best regulation.

I will report as soon as the "Z" is with me ...

(Hope you understand my bad english )
