What MOD next? TT or SC?

if $$$ isn't a big issue, I would go twin turbo.

but money is a bit of an issue. it's an extra 2k for the twin turbo. not to mention buying other things like cams/pistons etc.

You do not need that stuff right away.
Yes the motor will wear faster, but it is not an immediate need.
