if i went with a stage 3 and stage 3 fuel system from gtm and left engine stock internals but just went with low boost like 5lbs it would be

if i went with a stage 3 and stage 3 fuel system from gtm and left engine stock internals but just went with low boost like 5lbs it would be the same if i went with like at a stage 2 with higher boost around 10ish right? or wrong?
