Honestly, from that packaging and the welds and parts you recieved I have a very hard time believing that was a GTM product straight from GTM... Who did you order through? There are a lot of missing information as the video story is definitely one sided. I feel for the guy who bought the kit. And I can tell you the pics of the bubble wrapped items is how EVERYTHING straight from GTM ships... I have been to their shop and seen them package items for shipping. In NO WAY have I or any other person on this forum received something packaged like what you received straight from GTM!!! This makes me real suspect that A the boxes were open even though you said they werent. B The items were repackaged. C you bought a used kit from someone. I still have the boxes that GTM sent me and they were in such good care that I reuse them to ship other stuff!!!
This doesnt add up! Im not calling anyone out here I am just saying something isnt straight up with this whole ordeal. Knowing GTM and seeing their Operation first hand I can tell you your package was not their M.O. If you truely bought a package straight from GTM post up the receipt of your purchase with the paid invoice from GTM! You should have also received an inventory list as well in your kit... Something is not right and I HIGHLY doubt it is GTM!

Like I said this had to gone through someone else's hands before getting to the customer... GTM ought to have stock in Uline or bubble wrap because they use a ton of it! It took me an hour or two just to open my first turbo kit from them it was that well packaged! This went through someone else's hands between the customer and GTM!!!

![]() ![]() Unless you personally packaged these items. I will say when I saw the boxes open I said. WTF they run out of bubble wrap. Again GTM is "handling this" So they know the problem falls on them. Joe just hasn't seen the results yet. A box just finally got shipped March5th. If I get a break I will finish the other video and post for you all to see. Oh and another thing to all you GTM ![]() Please don't use words or phrases like "obviously it's not GTM's fault" (it just show's you don't know what the word obviously means) Unless you packaged these boxes yourself, opened these boxes while you were working at customs or Have seen these items first hand with you own eyes. And if you cant see grime in the video that is so obviously not from shipping.Put on your glasses/contacts and hit the pause button. If that's too hard then just look at the pictures on page 3 of this thread. ![]() Anyone who is speaking on Joe's behalf in Guam has actually seen these items first-hand. I made this video for those of you who doubted him and his story without seeing proof and For the person at GTM that told Joe they have a lot of support and no one will believe Joe. ![]() |

No one has discredited Joe's issue or the fact that the items arrived damaged. Rather yet many have stressed that this is outside the norm of what GTM's normal packaging looked like and that there is some discrepancies with what they normal ship out in respect to the condition of their finished product and what the pictures and video showed. There were also probably some words said from your side that would have sparked a response like you got... I have spent more phone time with the team members at GTM than probably this whole community combined. I have pushed their buttons I have said things I shouldn't have as a customer. I know to what extent GTM goes to stay professional... I can tell you right now from my own personal experiences that comment was provoked and you are not telling the whole story of what was said on your behalf because then it would make your party look bad. Again, Nobody including GTM is saying that Joe has lied or that the issue is fake or what not. However, I am standing here as a representative of this community and I will tell you I can smell deception a mile away and even though it may not be your intent you are deceiving the community of the real communication that went on between both parties. I will not put words in either parties mouth however I have a pretty good idea of what went down as far as what was said from my interactions with GTM and what would have to be said for any member of GTM staff to say that phrase to you! I am probably one of the only few members here who has made dozens of phone calls a week not only to GTM but to GTM owner's personal cell phone asking questions, checking on status, and even trying to plan the next steps on my build... I have made GTM's owner mad from my pestering and from my words... instead of thinking I talked out of place and you know what he stayed professional with me even though I got emotional and raised my voice! Its called maturity and GTM is showing that right now.... ![]()

I assure you it's GTM. Like I said in the Video. I haven't used the name of the person that was spoken to at GTM (a name many of you know) But If I get one any more of this crap about "I know it's not GTM, " post. I will expose the rest of the videos revealing this person's well known name. Signatures and dates from GTM on the shipping boxes. Not to mention videos of phone calls speaking with GTM. Where you can here this person clearly talking. There was only one person that was worked with at GTM and spoken to. You all might think I'm heartless. However, I just replaced that persons name with GTM to protect that persons. I don't think that is too heartless. Though I assure you when they see the video and there words quoted they know I'm talking about them.

Honestly, its going to hurt you and your husbands efforts to get the issue resolved... Attacking the company that is trying to help you is idiotic and inmature and obviously led by an emotional issue. Take a step back and take a deep breath and let the company help fix the issue. ![]()

Those welds look like total crap and those are Grinder marks in the Pic. There is no way that is shipping damage. GTM, what's the explanation for what is in the PICS? Can you confirm that you sent parts that looked like that? Man this sucks so bad... I dream about a SC kit at night.... GTM didn't Comment on the PICs, and that's my main concern |
