So let's say something on the kit becomes damaged later down the line for whatever reason... Not being able to buy parts to replace what's broken not an option? So what... You have to buy the whole kit all over to replace that part? Seems pretty odd!

But what happens if part of the kit breaks (ie accident or something)? Then what? Or if Weiboy had decided to buy a 370z and wanted to transfer the kit over? He wouldnt be able to... Who's to say he can't sell something that's his, and how can a big company like Stillen deny service or business to customers just because they bought the kit second hand. Evidently the resale value of the kit is worthless, it's not even worth selling.

Well yeah... in that case, they would supply you with new parts... providing you're the original buyer I'd guess.

But it seems, as with most companies... "it depends who you talk to".

I bet if you call and ask someone there if they'd sell you parts for a S/C system you got used, they may say no. I also bet if you hang up, call back, and get a hold of someone else, they just may say yes.

not really, i was the first to call them and ask about parts for my Z since this kit was on a G. The guy i talked to "didnt know what the differences were and whatever they are i would need to buy a 500 cable for the tune plus shiping for the parts and by then i would probably be at the cost of a new one from them but i would not have a warranty nor will they offer one."

he did call me back later and let me know what the differences were but was obviously pushing to sell me a new kit (i do understand, it is a business) but i was wanting to help out a forum member by buying his and saving a few $. This whole situation stinks and im sorry you are going through this. i think i have decided to wait until i can afford a TT kit. i went and drove a 500hp Cobra and i just dont think i like the way superchargers feel over TT's. maybe the Z will feel different, idk. good luck though.
