It's 76F right now it was in the 40's two days ago and it will be in the 20's this weekend. It's never steady one day you need the heater

It's 76F right now it was in the 40's two days ago and it will be in the 20's this weekend. It's never steady one day you need the heater at the house and the next the AC two days later you have the fireplace going.
