Didn't phunk hit extra 100hp with his switch from 93 to e85 on his turbos at 12.5 psi?

I'm not sure and phunk is a rear cat...if what he did was easily reproducible then why hasn't it be done?

Just saw on Facebook that someone hit 768whp on stock internals. Is that anyone on here? It's from T1 Race Development.

Of course it's a Fast Intentions kit!

Anybody can number chase but it doesn't mean it'll hold together.

Right, and then there is that thing about how the dyno is set up. Not sure I know of many V8's that can hold up to that all stock motor.

I do think they can make over 700whp with a stage two kit pretty easily, and that stock internals could hold up for a run or two maybe, but time will tell on how long that engine will last after those pulls. There is a reason that even with built engines those serious dragsters rebuild and replace things after single run or two. That's just a lot of stress on the rods and pistons.

The owner of that car does realize that the motor can/will blow at any given time and is ready to build it when it does. I'm not impressed. Anyone can throw a car on the dyno and let it fly like that. Doesn't mean it will hold.
