I haven't dug into this, but how about pipe diameters used for the Alpha Omega kit with the GT-R? Throttle bore? With your VR38 intake plenum fitted, it looks like

Throttle bore? With your VR38 intake plenum fitted, it looks like you can fit in the AMS one. [EDIT] At this point I wonder if you should consider getting various upgrades like a new MAP sensor, big bore throttles, intake manifold, etc. 3" piping!?!
