Now have 1500 miles on the kit

Glad I can help, a few more have popped up this past weekend and waiting on details to add to the list. And to think this is just a fraction of the FI 370z around the world, most of this list is US/Canada only.

COSMO 04-21-2014 08:05 AM

In for what kit and boost?

Yeah. Mine is up and running but haven't had it custom tuned yet. You want the details or wait a couple weeks?

Or you could be like me and withhold all details until I get it on a normal dyno. If I'm going to put it up on the internet I'm using Dynojet numbers, not Mustang numbers. :rofl2:

That's probably a good point considering JTrans dyno reads WAY low...So when are we setting up these DynoJet runs?

I'd assume we're waiting until you get tuned and then we run up to Powerfab one Saturday before it gets too hot.

Down for that and I only want like two pulls from them. One to see and the second to verify, DONE...

Jwick is a BP kit, a stillen SC kit came up.
I know a SR single turbo build is being done on the forum, along with a couple local builds here in Houston being completed.

DAMN gonna be hella low numbers, any reason why they didn't dyno it in rwd mode? its gonna read super low spinning the front rollers too.

jwick 04-25-2014 11:17 PM

I dyno on a mustang too and the front rollers are stationary.

The new MAF connections were also installed and made things very easy vs previous kits which required the wires to be spliced. Simply plug and play!

Another Stillen SC being added to the list.

Outstanding numbers...what kind of fuel did you tune on?

Alkatraz 04-29-2014 09:01 PM

583whp at only 13psi......NICE!

based on the AFR on the sheet, e85 for the 13psi run and I assume 91 octane for the 10psi run (since they are in cali)

Hotrodz 04-29-2014 11:15 PM

That makes since, but I didn't want to make any assumptions....

Both are on 91 octane. My boost controller has two settings, 10psi and 13psi (both same tune with 91 octane)

Sebastian at Specialty Z said that he thought a bigger fuel pump could bump up the HP 50+ because the AFR (middle chart line) was showing a big drop in fuel pressure or fuel starvation at higher RPM.

Next step for me for sure. That will address the leaning out at 13 psi above 5k RPM

faceglide 04-29-2014 11:58 PM

I am assuming still 91...compared to my personal experience!

Thanks for sharing wattles, great to hear you are on the road! GO boost!

faceglide 04-29-2014 11:59 PM

I swear I typed that before he did!

Hotrodz 04-30-2014 08:55 AM

Very impressive my friend, very impressive!!!!

ah sorry for the assumption, that makes more sense, I saw the 12AFR which is usually what is aimed for with e85
