I would mod the hell out of the Z and call it a day. I already freak out about people hitting my car. Its been done twice since I bought it! I would be an absolute basket case driving my car if it cost 3 times as much as my Z.

Lambos, Porches, and Audi's are sweet but they would be nothing but diminished returns for me. My 370Z gives me more attention than I really want in the first place. A supercharged or TT'd 370 Z is not a car many
would want to line up an run against no matter what you are driving. This car has wicked potential for relativlely low cost.

When I had my 2005 Turbonetics ST 350Z I smoked a guy in Honda CBR-600. He even had a car length lead on me and I pulled him.

It delivered about 450 rwhp. Even though the car had killer top-end and tons of torque I was actually really suprized I took him. His bike looked kinda old like a 90's model but it still looked fast. I think he was more suprized that I took him on more than anything. I flat out pulled him dead to right.

First off congrats on completing your residency!! I would look at what type of house you can buy first. You want a garage to house the new beast that you will build or buy. If you absolutely have to have an R8 you should consider buying a used one and doing this to it...

I don't know about your finances, but I would think expenses like maintenance costs, insurance coverage, etc. would be astronomical and add to the sticker shock of having an R8 or GT3. Don't get me wrong, I would give a testicle to own a GT2 or GT3 but I'd have to seriously reconsider it because of those pesky maintenance costs.

Did they supercharge the V8 or the V10? A European Car Magazine article had a twin turbo V8 R8 that put down more power than the V10. Now do it to the V10...oh baby!
