As heat builds in the tire from tire to filter friction, won't the heat transfer into the air intake hurt performance? On the other hand, if you drive in the

As heat builds in the tire from tire to filter friction, won't the heat transfer into the air intake hurt performance? On the other hand, if you drive in the snow during the winter, all that cold snow would give it a performance boost, would it not?
