As heat builds in the tire from tire to filter friction, won't the heat transfer into the air intake hurt performance? On the other hand, if you drive in the snow during the winter, all that cold snow would give it a performance boost, would it not?

so really, instead of cold air intakes, we should be figuring out how to put snowcone machines in the front of our car?

talk about a paradigm shift.

Maybe the friction on the tire gets you more traction, along the lines of why we do burnouts before a race. Maybe we should adopt this system for the rear tires.
