Only time will tell if the intercooler failure is an anomaly or a "wear and tear" item. I hope it is not the latter. Whiddles, did you use de-ionized water?

Only time will tell if the intercooler failure is an anomaly or a "wear and tear" item. I hope it is not the latter.
Whiddles, did you use de-ionized water? Any other chemicals you put in the water mixture? Just curious, some people put additives to lower the boiling point. Maybe it's causing corrosion???
