New tune was applied to my car, Idles 100% better, mid-range good, but still running rich at high revs. So here i am, yet again, waiting for a solution :shakes head:

Anyone else applied this week's tune? Same results?

What about hot starting? Did the new tune fixed that? Also, does your car bogs a little on low rpm especially when going uphill?

I'm getting my info from the dealer where my car has been sitting for past 2.5 months. So i have no idea if it bogs...all my mechanic said is it has problems running rich at high rpm. So i have to wait for them to go back and forth with Stillen for what will most likely be another tweaked ecu tune. And who knows how long that will F'ing take. This whole fiasco has reached epic fail proportions.

As far as going uphill, would be hard to find a hill in Florida.

From what I heard the new tune is working well.

Dunno; i'll have to ask my mechanic when i talk to him next....i don't have the car, he does. But the new part Stillen sent out this week was installed and the new tune was applied...so whichever afr it's using, that's what it has.

alright,
so in 24 hours i will have my car....crossing my fingers...leaving tomorrow Morning^_^

Ah.

OK, can you ask mechanics what the AFR is that they considered rich at high RPM on a boosted application?

Kastley85891 09-03-2010 01:55 PM

Anyone got any logs to post as yet, seems to be a lot of tuning and changes with no real data to look at of any sort except word of mouth.
If some one wants to send me the files I can graph em up NP.

I'm sure Stillen has all of this info, though sadly they have been absent from from the thread with any real hard info for a while.

Yeah, they wont post any specific tune data for fear of reverse engineering, I mean who would want to run this tune anyways.... but that is their right.

Any one can get or log from the vehicle if they have the relevant cables/sware, just throwing it out there as there is a real lack of 'actual' information relative to engine parameters.

I see what you did here. Brilliant.
