Here in Columbia (don't know where Black is in MD) we got 4' within the span of 4 days. I am not a happy camper, but other than some ice chunks still on the neighborhood roads, the main streets have been clear since Saturday... a bit narrow in spots, but clear. They're going back (slowly) and widening where necessary.
Congrats, Lou... this Saturday will make your 6-month anniversary on the build  At least you picked the winter to do it!
