Yeah, if he's only going to run 91 then you're right they are overkill. If he switches to flex fuel then he would need them.

I would go flex fuel. 91 and e85.
as far as flex fuel/e85 would this be all I would need https://www.specialtyz.com/370z-g37/...-fuel-kit.html ? Also could you point me to a website where I could buy those pulleys at?

That might be bc of the way the base fuel pressure is being set. Twin pump is a better choice of staggered fuel pump setup for flex fuel tbh. Use the smaller one in low boost (or pure gas) and activate the bigger one to use both of them simutaneously in high boost (when running E).

The kit shown seems to be for NA. Seb knows what kit suits you. There are options out there.

For flex fuel you will need the Zeitronix ECA-2. I'll find the links for the pulleys.

You can also change up the Supercharger-side pulley ratio. Larger on the jackshaft, smaller on the supercharger. There's a small pulley thread in this topic that I started to try to break up the large Supercharger topics into sub-topics.

Yep, you can. I have a 3.47 jackshaft and a 3.00 sc. The problem with changing the jackshaft pulley is that you'll need to add a spacer to the sc pulley and idler pulley because the stock 3.2 jackshaft pulley is a different offset than the vortech pulley you'll be replacing it with.

I forgot to add. If the sc pulley is changed to a 2.85 (with the jackshaft pulley remaining stock), then you'll need to change the tensioner pulley to a 3". That part # is Gates 36225.
