what parts are needed to increase boost for Stillen Supercharger

I forgot to add. If the sc pulley is changed to a 2.85 (with the jackshaft pulley remaining stock), then you'll need to change the tensioner pulley to a 3".

You’re gonna want a much better intake with a big air filter. Others, including myself, have proven this is the best way to increase boost.

A better intake and larger filter will definitely increase boost over the stock filter, no one has posted any dyno comparisons though.

Are you doubting that an increase in boost results in an increase in power? Because that seems to be the whole presumption of this entire thread. “Parts needed to increase boost”. I assume he’s asking how to increase boost because he thinks the result will be an increase in power. If there is any doubt that will be the case, maybe we shouldn’t be recommending a different pulley either. Unless someone has a back to back dyno with a different pulley? Does that exist somewhere? I haven’t seen it. But even if he’s not looking for an increase in power, I addressed just his request for an increase in boost, and didn’t mention power.

I've done pulley upgrades and have the dyno sheets showing the results. They've been posted on the forum. No one is doubting that a different intake and larger filter will increase boost over the stock filter, I would just like to see comparisons. It might convince me to go back to a filter. I actually posted a dyno sheet comparing two screens, the turbo guard against the ngr screen. It showed a 1 psi and 30whp loss with the ngr screen. Here it is.

If you change the stock pulley ratio to increase boost you will likely start having belt slip but I have a cure for that. The Stillen belt drive system has a problem in that the belt wrap is very small (amount of the serpentine belt that drives the jackshaft has a very small contact area). If you look at the bracket that the SC mounts to you will see a threaded hole on the front below the jackshaft pulley. I have a additional pulley kit that fixes the belt slip that you will have. Look at the signature build list from most of these guys and you will see Tbatt in their built. That is my kit. If you want more info please PM me. I have the kits in stock. I've sold a bunch of these!
