UPDATE: Looks like my theory is correct. I think this kit can hit 16ib of boost when running just the turbo guard. I decided to bite the bullet and personally hit 15.2ib while tightening the belt down even further.
SHOULD you do this is another question. Personally I don't want to leave the belt this tight for fear of severely reduced belt life, but interesting to see what this thing is capable of! NOTE the turbulence in the higher RPM range I think is due to VVEL and VTC becoming active.
