Fast Intentions Stage 2 TT build by MA-Motorsports.

I am figuring things out. Without the help of the Emtron and sensors, this would be very difficult to do.

It appears a few folks are starting to figure out how to build proper VQ turbo kits now days. Mr. Squeeze and I figured it out about 3 years ago. I have just had my popcorn out watching the show. Starting to see a few cars make 9xxwhp at 23psi of boost like my car does. My car could make more at 23psi of boost but I have kept my timing conservative. Only 15 to 16 degrees of timing. I want to keep the cylinder pressure in check. At 9.5:1 or 10:1 that's what they should make if the turbo kit is right with the correct size turbos.

Maybe you should phone up some shops to school them on how to produce big power on the VQ since you seem to come across as the Godfather of this topic. Might do the community some good since having more knowledge is never a bad thing.

I installed my Anti-Gravity lithium-ion battery in my car back in 2020. I have never put it on a battery tender. It is still doing great. I also just picked up 2–55-gallon drums of Ethanol One R. First thing I noticed is my Ethanol percentage increased compared to Ignite Red. It went up to 88% after dumping in 10 gallons into the tank. I will use either fuel. Whatever I can get cheaper. They are both great fuel to run out of the barrel.

Had a big time today. Went for a drive since it has warmed up a bit.

Still enjoying the car. I have some thermostat removal testing to do to see what happens. I have installed a restrictor.

The only choices are Morimoto, stock, or modified stock. The Morimotos seem to have a decently high failure rate, but they have a good warranty (if purchased new).

I went with modified stock and am adding G5BRT projectors from Lightwerkz. I'm back in Germany again, so spending a month without headlights (shipping back/forth) in the event of a warranty claim isn't something I'm willing to deal with.

Ordered the Morimoto kit. Headlights, taillights, and side markers. Time for the janky ones to go.

I have been pretty happy with my morimoto headlight and tail lights. Gives it a nice, clean, modern look to them. I haven't had any issues with them but the warranty is for 5 years.
