The 450 is way overkill for your goals. Overkill is fine, but the 450 is physically too large for the stock pump basket which will have to be significantly modified to accommodate it. The 340, on the other hand, will drop in just as easy as the 255 and will have no problems getting you to 550 on premium gas. The link you provided is the correct pump. The CJM return system is a great addition. Contact him to finalize your fuel system plans. He is the most knowledgeable fuel guy in this community by far. I think he can sell you the Aeromotive pump as well and make sure you will have everything you'll need for the install to go smoothly.
