Always go as max as you can on clutch and fuel as those are the two biggest b#### areas to address after the fact and limit your power irregardless.
I'd rather go 1300cc w/ twin pump 255/485 setup and a twin disc clutch or a stage 5 southbend (I did big single in the past, and it was still a potential limiter in my mind even though it never slipped on me @ high 6's. You'll likely eventually build or sell the car, and I'd rather hedge a bet on addressing those now with a potential built motor build later in which case clutch/fuel won't be a problem of yours for a long while. |
