What does this system do when the AC shuts off when you go full throttle? All modern cars do that, so if this is run off the clutched AC compressor,

What does this system do when the AC shuts off when you go full throttle? All modern cars do that, so if this is run off the clutched AC compressor, then it ONLY works when the car is NOT at full throttle. Additionally, when it's only on when the AC compressor is engaged, then the drop in temp is probably only going to make up for the extra drag on the motor for turning the AC compressor.
