Silly question, but a while back I remember someone commenting that when they got their new COMP Turbo that it didn't seem to spin all that 'freely' by hand. Also

Silly question, but a while back I remember someone commenting that when they got their new COMP Turbo that it didn't seem to spin all that 'freely' by hand. Also see a few COMP turbo clips on Youtube that seem to spin for an eternity after the engine has been shut down. Mine is still brand new (still in the box), also doesn't seem to spin by hand all that freely either.
Am I missing something here? |
