EcuTek offers this option.

I'm looking for the suitable sensors for this application !?
In particular, a very fast-response temperature sensor.

Has someone from the "BIG BOOST" people a good suggestion for me?

The following sensors found so far:

MAP Sensor:

AMS Alpha 4 Bar MAP Sensor

AAM 4 Bar MAP Sensor

AIT Sensor (Fast Response!!):

Bosch

GM Delphi

AIT/MAP Sensor (Combined):

If someone has a good experience, I would be happy about an answer!

Many thanks for the Support

I'm using Omni 4bar for my A2A supercharged Z. I was told that it's better using Haltech 3bar if your using the A2W Stillen kit. I have also seen a few guys here who reported on incorrect scaling issue of their GTR 4bar map for their A2A SC kits.

My whipple super charged Z is using the OMNI 4 bar tmap sensor. Eugene Turkov can hook you up with a good deal to include a custom wiring harness. This will allow you to get both speed density and true temp readings beyond what the stock MAF allow.
