I had a great deal on a brand new Precision ball bearing 6766, which is why I was thinking that route. Still waiting to hear if a local builder can fab up something to work with my auto. |

Yeah I'm just going with stock impeller and pulley first.

I had aquamist on my car and it sucked! It always had some thing not working, I don't think it will be needed with a2a but if you are going to run meth I would get a simpler system.

My buddy installed a snow system at the same time, his just works mine always had problems. It's great because it's so complex but it's also it problem. After sending mine overseas to be fixed twice I decided it wasn't going back in the car. I only said it so you don't have the headaches I did.

I had the Devils Own meth injection system installed before I went e85 and had 0 problems with it. Have heard good things about the Snow kit as well. There are definitely a few different options if you want to go the meth route.

+1 on getting the simplest meth system possible. All you need is one that increases flow as boost increases.
When I ran meth on my last car, my tuner made it a point to have me always run a 50:50 mix of meth to water. The power difference was negligible, and mixed with water it would no longer ignite if there was a leak somewhere. |
I also ran 50-50 for that reason. I ran boost juice because it was easy to transport.

The A2A kit will dominate in reducing temps over meth. Especially since it will never run out. Since it's much more simplified there is Nothing to monitor and no trips to the meth store.

Good news! I have redesigned the anti-flex brace and can offer them for a much more affordable price. I got the idea while I was looking for sled parts in our salvage yard. I love working for Arctic Cat.
|
Tops....were you able to get those vids of your car running the A2A set up for AIT's?

Do you have a planned release date for the kit? I'm doing my SC install in June.

It looks great, nice job!

Wow, looks great! Love how minimal the piping ended up being.
|
Is that 2.5 or 3" piping?

If anyone wants to send some cash and dyno this thing before hand, its all yours Anyone want to pilot the first production and get this to the forum quicker? |
I just emailed Seb to see his thoughts on it. Since I am in the middle of my flex fuel tune still with him I dont want it have to start over but if he says we can make it work with my current tune without to much adjustments, Id be down.
|
Ok. Let me know what he says.
|
Looks really good topz, good work man!
|
Out of curiosity, what are the dimensions of your intercooler?
