BP turbo build/advice

Well i did not get anything out of the pump so I pulled it. I got the relay too. Here are some pictures. Looks like the inter-cooler stopped the oil

Looks like the inter-cooler stopped the oil from going in the engine. Next week I am going to drop the turbo and drop the rest of the exhaust. I can then find someone to clean it out. 1. Is cleaning the inter-cooler a good idea, and how should it be done? 2. Were can I get a new oil pump, or should I have mine rebuilt? https://imgur.com/a/eAjOV07
