No problem. I drove from Toronto to Pensilvania on the original base tune. Lots of freeway driving.

Gentlemen, there is absolutely no issues with driving the car for an extended period of time on the base map. It is derived from a BP twin scrolled car tuned to 10psi of boost.

I would however strongly dicourage wide open throttle pulls before a custom tune is done. There could be slight variances in each car thar could impact the tune compatability, which could lead to damage to the engine.

So don't hesitate to drive the cars on these base maps, just don't abuse them until they are properly tuned on a dyno.

So is it necessary to get the Ecu part number because I don't own a Windows computer, will a standard tune work for me if I'm only driving 4 miles to my tuner

If you are getting a base map from me, then yes, I need the ECU part number....just the way UpRev works.

Not sure what a "standard tune" is.

I can't remember that UpRev only uses Windows OS...if so, maybe borrowing a friends laptop would be a possible solution.

Get a tab or laptop. Your going to want to be about ty O use the ecu scanning tool to help diagnose codes and stuff if they come up.

ShaSha, do the air filter that come with the kit required reading oiling or anything after washing them or do we simply wash, let dry and reinstall?

Uprev only works with windows. Do yourself a huge favor and get a refurbished Surface Pro running windows 8. Ive been looking for one lately because I did my Titan, G37 and the Z with a 15" laptop and its a PITA. Any tablet that runs full windows 8 and make sure its over 8" unless you get a stylus or have really skinny fingers.

I can already tell you bang for the buck you can't go wrong, this clutch pretty much feels stock for the most part. I really thought it was going to be a night and day difference, but it's not. A little grabby in first gear but not by much with a little chatter once warm in neutral, other than that she's good to go!:tiphat:

That's basically my report on their full face disk. Stock engagement, easy shifts, loud as hell and pressure about 50% stouter than stock.

Per instructions you tap it once for BOV. Sasha includes the second tap in case you want to tap for boost control or something.

I tapped it twice, BOV and Boost gauge map sensor.
