Any chance of your setup getting reproduced? Seems like the interest is there.

Ive thought about it. But when you have guys that are much better at that sort of thing, (BP), then I didn't want to make a competition about it. Sasha still states he is going to pursue this in the summer. He is a good TIG welder, I suck.

If I did I would just model everything I have on my car in CAD then send it out to a third party to have everything made up. This would take some time but the kit would be pretty sweet. I do however have a 3 stall heated garage now so I can actually work on something out there.

Sasha has already been working on it, were going to try 2 things.

Sebz is down end of may, so tuning will start then,

hes going to try to make a dual pipe into the manifold, but were also going to build a single pipe - 4.5" where the mafs mount.

This way if we run into problems with the dual setup, will have the single ready to go!

Not real busy at work today. So I have spent most of the day looking at what it would take to have my kit replicated, with MANY improvements. I am curious as to the amount of guys on this forum that would want a kit. Right now I can only think of 5 or so. At that amount it wouldn't pay to reverse engineer it and get a shop to weld up a new, improved prototype that would be worthy of selling. I did find a great shop with an awesome rep that wants to do it. So I need to get a certain amount of interest before I would have them pull it all together. Of course I would use the first one they did.

IF INTERESTED PM ME.... "I'd take one"

Thanks guys! The trans should be back tomorrow by the end of the day. In still concerned about the sound we thought was in the trans but I'm excited to see if the new pulley and tighter belt changes thinks.

Poll

If you went air to air would you rather:
A. Turn sc volute to face opposite direction- requires Taking out 8 small screws from front of sc unit that are tough to get to, but possible.
B. Cut radiator fan shroud - plastic, would require an angle grinder.
C. Have oval pipe off sc to fit between engine and radiator shroud - no modification required. Very slight loss of cfm. This could be used in the "out" from intercooler also, so there is zero cutting at all.

The only way to get piping in the engine bay, if round, is to cut, open up, the holes where the oem intake normally is. This is required on gen 3 stillen intakes as well.

A- but wouldn't have a problem with any.

I'd prefer option A as well, but the other options aren't deal-breakers either!

We are installing the trans again. I stopped and got a led flash light so I could take a good look at the belts. Unfortunately I believe both are slipping. Any suggestions on how to stop the serpentine belt from slipping?

Belt Dressing might help. I like the Ranch flavored one best.......

What makes you think your serp belt is slipping? Lots of belt dust around it?
