The car kept dumping fuel before when we were doing pulls, it would go off the chart rich. This pull to 4K looks a lot better. We are waiting to hear from the tuner but I also demanded that they send Seb the file to look at. http://uploads.tapatalk-cdn.com/2016...75c361e673.jpg

The afr does look good. Im guessing your not advancing timing at this point.

JWillis72 03-16-2016 03:44 PM

No, it's just a base tune.

If anyone can figure it out im hoping Seb can.

I was just emailing him back and we were talking about your car. It's funny he acts like SD tuning our 7AT is no big deal but the guy that built them thinks it's impossible. He clearly knowns these cars better than most.

Yeah Seb has amazed me with his knowledge. He told me he has used SD on many of our cars with no problems so yeah he obviously knows something other tuners don't. Pat was pretty impressed and said I was the first he knew of being 7AT and having SD. haha

Wow you would think they would want it out of their shop as quick as possible.

**** that. It's their cash cow. :wtf2:

Just kidding Willis. I want to see this thing back on the track badly.

Am I correct that the Stillen PBV closes around 4,000 rpm on a full throttle pull?

It should close as soon as its full throttle, if your going full throttle from 2000rpm and the bpv isn't closing until 4000rpm, then theres a BPV issue.

JWillis72 03-18-2016 08:47 AM

Okay then that's not it. They are telling me they can't figure out why the car is adding fuel at 4,200, I was thinking that might be when the car went to boost and the fuel pressure started ramping up. I just realized hes not using rpm on this one, i don't know why its on mph this time.

Maybe its not adding fuel but its losing air, causing it to go pig rich. If your bpv is getting blown open then that could happen.

^ If you have a boost gauge, that should tell you if you have a leak somewhere along the charge pipe.
