Teardown inspection and cleaning of the core
Cleaning and Inspecting Cylinder heads
Pressure testing cylinder head (cylinder head dissembled completely)
Resurface cylinder head with RA finish
Radius/5 angle valve job
New viton valve stem seals
Install new valve seats
New exhaust and intake valve guides (bronze)
Machine spring seat to accept single or dual valve springs
Cylinder head port and polish (Stage 4- 330 CFM)
Flow bench cylinder head
Mag and micro polishing of the crankshaft
Balancing of the rotating assembly
Resurfacing (decking) of the block
Boring and honing of the block (with a torque plate)
Install Billet Crankshaft
Assembly of the long block
Complete Engine Treatment
Fully timed and ready to drop in
