Buzzing Noise from Rear Area

I've had this rattle for almost as long as I've had the car. On smooth pavement it's not there, but any/every time I'm anything a bit rough, it's there. Really

On smooth pavement it's not there, but any/every time I'm anything a bit rough, it's there. Really annoying and I hope someone finds a fix.
