2015 Nismo Bumper on 2009 Sport possible?

I know I'm beating a dead horse here but I want to be sure I am not missing anything or if there as anything someone would recommend.

I have duplicate part numbers for the passenger side fender liner at the bottom of the list. What is the correct part number for the drivers side?

Are there any hardware pieces that I need other than the screws and tabs that already hold in our base bumpers?

I plan to wing it with the under tray I have now and if I need it after test fitting, I'll purchase.
