O, I have no idea what you're talking about with the bumper than? What's happening with the cuts or whatever?

Hmm interesting.

Interesting. Whats it made out of? It's got such large holes I'd think it'd be light. Game plan is to use a sheet of aluminium and make a splitter. I know people will say use that cardboard looking sheet though because it's stronger. I just hate the look of it.

My Stillen kit 3 years old and is sagging. Also side skirts starting to sag a little in the middle.....looks like **** when in the sun after a while.

I Often do high speed runs 1600km between my home town and where I live now ( Northern Territory Australia) - when I stop to fuel up, I have had to 'pop' the front bumper back into place under the headlights - certainly leads me to believe to flexing on a hot day at speed - sick of it -

I am putting my OEM kit back on - I think my stillen kit will suit someone else in a much much cooler climate and/or the dump....

Any evidence of this? I still think with a splitter the difference is marginal. Plus I'm not a huge fan of it.

Yeah, probably 2x, maybe more, but it just seems a lot bigger too. I made mine even heavier by adding a scrape guard, lol

I wonder how much more it weighs than the Nismo, because the Nismo sticks out a lot more than the standard car

Hadn't thought of that - but I did fashion and make a metal brace to help reinforce and keep the bumpers shape. Still droops a little at the top where the emblem would be on the OEM one.

I'll put a pic up of it over the weekend.

It could just be me - but I had have the attraction to the OEM look of late - getting old I guess....

I do like the OEM look of the rear end lowered with spacers thought. Looks fuctional and squat.
Which leads me to ask - the FI ppl using spacers and track their cars - which spacers would be recommended?

Cheers

design 1 is suppose to flow better but those bumper cutouts are suppose to be for short ram intakes, well at least thats what they were used for on the 350z

Short rams though are to far away behind the radiator and support. These make more sense on a long tube cai system.

on the stillen bumper there are 2 slits on the front to move air straight to the air intakes, that's exactly where they get full of dirt caked on. I need to clean mine off every 3 track days, if I go longer and its caked with dust/dirt, I can't even pull on an s2k on the straight away......
