Ignorance.

Before I buy any car, I tell the dealer while inspecting it first or during ordering is not to tamper with the front bumper even if it involves the plates.

Before I buy any car, I tell the dealer while inspecting it first or during ordering is not to tamper with the front bumper even if it involves the plates. When a dealer complains, I tell them I have a mounting kit.
