EVO-R CF Fang Cover.

I had the CF Upper cover also but sold those and then just painted the upper part with a flat satin Black.

Theres no need to spend $300 on a front fang area that gets demolished by rocks. Just get a $5 can of dip.

Spend a nice saturday morning washing, waxing, and then taping up the front. It takes 20 minutes and looks awesome.

If you don't like it, you can remove it in 30 seconds and you just saved $$.

Yep, the dip is easiest. Unless you want to go CF, pretty much limits the choice to cover/diffuser.

I've used Plasti-Dip countless times but I'm stumped on how to get that "line" on the fangs to keep from pulling.. Assuming you painted just the fang portion of the lower front fascia, and had the PD end at the natural seam on the left and right, did it pull or break evenly there? How did you tape it off?

I'm not a fan of plastidip at all. I went with a lip that had the fang cover built in.

You have the pull the tape while the dip is still wet... If you do more than 1 coat, pull the tape while the LAST coat is still wet.

For those that plasti dip the fangs and the license plate area, does it stay good? did you do any prepping? or just washed and applied the P dip?

I have already wrapped the front bumper in clear bra, but was wondering if P dip would stick to that.

Thanks.

had mine for 4 months no issues. just clean well, tape off all the front bumper and hood, do 4 coats (might be overkill but im lookin good still). When pulling the tape give the edges a nice soak of dip and pull.
