wow, I feel like a moron. That is exactly what was wrong. I never even noticed it and just looking at the look button it looked normal but when I touched it it came up some so I then tried the passenger window buttons and viola.....

window up, window down.

Sorry 370z you aren't broken I apologize in front of all for hurting my cars feelings.

LOL dude i did this exact same thing about a month ago. took me a day to realize what an idiot I was. you're not alone!
