Carbon fiber doors

John, I think this will garner interest once people have finished other mods to their cars. I would certainly look into this at a later time.

I would be curious right off to know:
How much weight this would shed. Nissan made an effort to make the 370Z doors lighter than the 350Z, so what are the true weight savings?

If it is a nice loss, I am sure people would jump on.

The doors are already aluminum

There could still be significant weight savings because your losing the side impact bars.

Personally, I'll take the safer door regardless of weight.

Yeah...I think if you knock off the Big Macs for a week or two you can save a similar amount.....
