How to paint a hood ?

There are none... it will look worse than it does now if you try to DIY... Carbon fiber is a weave material, there is no paint that can even come

There are none... it will look worse than it does now if you try to DIY... Carbon fiber is a weave material, there is no paint that can even come close to emulating that.

Best bet is if you really think the value of the car is crap, take it to Mayco... if they paint an entire car (with awful paint and clear and no care whatsoever) for $200-500, I am sure they will spray (likely without any prep) your hood for cheap.

Don't expect quality work but it will be better than trying to do it yourself.

Professional painters strip, sand, primer, sand, paint, and clear a car before baking the paint (with a bunch more sanding in the middle). You can't come close to that with a rattle can.
