What are the "fin" type things that go on the bumper?

On DTM cars, the only part from the production cars is the roof. Rest of the car is tube frame with cf body panels.

Back on topic, canards not only produce downforce themselves, but modify airflow to other parts of the car which can reduce drag or allow other components to generate additional downforce.
