The area on the green circles is where the piece hits that center area of the radiator support. I just grinded the edges a bit, this allowed me to push the cover further inside towards the engine bay. The red marks is where I still have contact with the hood, passenger side is more noticeable. After talking to PW:JDM they came out with a new mold and apparently it is still not perfect but better. I am sending mine in for replacement next week.
