I think lemon laws require you to have the car in for the same problem multiple times. I would just go after the dealership to get it repainted or see

I think lemon laws require you to have the car in for the same problem multiple times. I would just go after the dealership to get it repainted or see if they will let you exchange cars (that's a long shot though).
