Just wanted to add something to this. Check out what I found looking through the Nissan Motorsports catalog:
PN: 25560-1EP0B Description: Stalk assembly for JDM rear fog light. Price: ~$125 Designed for a JDM Right hand drive, but can work on a US Spec car. The only thing is it will be reversed.
