Water comes out of spoiler - anyone else?

Yup. And I agree with the leaf blower as the cheapest solution. I note the same problem with the gas cap compartment. After washing, with both the hatch and the gas cap compartment, I open both and blow air in there until all the water's gone. Then I do the rest of the car.

The Z has many nooks and crannies that accumulate water. Leaf blower is a good solution.

all cars 'weep' somewhere - just a matter of figuring out where.

Another thing you can do is to take the edge of a MF towel and put it right in the joint. It will wick the water out. Keep using a different edge until it stops wicking.
