windows wont work right.

hey guys i need some help. so yesterday when I installed a stillen gen 2 intake system. on my way to work I noticed that my windows were not working correctly. Like when you open the door and shut it the window went down but didn't go back up to seal the door. I'm guessing it happened because I disconnected the battery. Anyone know why this is happening and how to fix it?

I believe you turn the car on by hitting the button twice (no ignition)
Then roll the windows all the way down and hold button for 5 seconds in the down position.
Then roll windows all the way up.

Problem solved. At least I think that's how it's done to reset the windows.

They're are a few threads on the subject if you search but try the above method...

Procedure to reset windows:
1. Push the ignition switch to the ON position.

2. Close the door.

3. Open the window completely by operating
the power window switch.

4. Pull the power window switch and hold it to
close the window, and then hold the switch
more than 3 seconds after the window is
closed completely.

5. Release the power window switch. Operate
the window by the automatic function to
confirm the initialization is complete.

6. Perform steps 2 through 5 above for other
windows.

ha i used the search but couldn't find anything. guess i just had to word the problem differently. I really appreciate it though guys. Thanks a lot for the help.

automatics windows don't work correctly after door speaker swap?

Windows wount auto up after door is opened.
