I would of much rather had that crack than where mine was. I do not see that being a problem for you if it gets done correctly. Mine was cracked

I would of much rather had that crack than where mine was. I do not see that being a problem for you if it gets done correctly. Mine was cracked (almost falling off) where the bumper comes to a point and attaches to the fender. That area is always under stress. I repaired it myself and had the bumper on and off 10 times or better and it is still as strong as the day I fixed it.
