UAM Add on Spoiler

Type one I appreciate your concern and the points you made. If you haven't ever sent a car to SEMA you don't understand how much of a full time job

Type one I appreciate your concern and the points you made. If you haven't ever sent a car to SEMA you don't understand how much of a full time job it is. We have 2 cars here at the show and things like vinyl stickers not being made took 2 days to get resolved. We had placed te order for te vinyl more than a week in advance! My wide body didn't get finished and I had an issue with some paint... Why? Because for shows like this everyone's busy beyond capacityand every car is a rush order or job. Not because we procrastinated but because one shop may take 1 day too long then a shipment doesn't arrive on time and then before you know it your a week or two behind schedule!!!

Enough of the lesson on Sema prep... The big thing here is we are stepping up an taking control of the situation. I am in Vegas and Andrew has been out taking care of family stuff for the past weeks (no excuse just tellin y'all what's going on).

I'm not going to go into our production processes but we are working to make sure the product comes out great... If we are not happy with the quality it gets scraped. So again we apologize for the delay and every order has been addressed in house. Lessons learned so let us get these out to people and we can go from there.

(I typed this from my room in Vegas)

Mike
