Not usually a fan of matching exterior with interior, so if it was me I'd use BMW's white leather with brown or black suede inserts (seat shoulders, thigh bolsters, door panels and a few other small areas for accent).
If you're gunna go with red... do white and red Here's a pic in case you go with red and black to give you an idea...
