hey guys, I need the help of those with bride stradia or gias seats. What cushion did you guys choose? standard or low? how much did it drop (or raise)

hey guys, I need the help of those with bride stradia or gias seats. What cushion did you guys choose? standard or low? how much did it drop (or raise) the seating position. What brackets did you get and also appox how tall you are as well. I'm 5'11" and in the Z seat i only have a fist above head in clearance (i sit pretty upright) My seat is bottomed out all the way with the stock seat.
