I will post the clip tonight, and no, I never carry the second key around.

My gf took my key and went inside the house then I decided to start the car just to see if it will start and it did .... weird sh*t !!

What would you say was the approximate distance between the car and the nearest key?

They did that on Top Gear with the SRT-8.

The car can tell whether or not it's inside or outside. That sounds to me like some kind of issue.

Mine won't start unless the key is at least as far in the car as the kick plate in the door.

For those with issues of it starting and the fob is nowhere close to the car? Have it checked out. The proximity reader on the car is probably faulty? I tested mine and my fob is 10ft away and nothing happens when I try to start the car without the fob, I did get an error on the gauge that says NO KEY

Yeah get it checked out. I tried putting the key on the roof to start the car and that didn't work.

That's insane... You should do that at the dealer..

Maybe Criss Angel is invisibly sitting inside the car with your key and messing with your mind...

im not saying you did what I did but I was able to duplicate this.... Follow my steps and you can do it toooo
-Step uno
Start your car and roll your windows down
-Step dos
with your key in your left hand(us cars only! for the smart a&* ppl on here haha)
-Step tres
turn the car off and then back on again and vuela its on with the no key inserted sign on...

I was able to start it about 2 times and then it woulnt do it anymore... quite possible you timed it right to get it to start like I did... what puzzles me is how you did it once and then was able to go get a camera and capture it knowing it was going to happen again.... Jus sayin
