From looking at these pics and having the amuse sides on I think it would give you a little lip but not much since the amuse pretty much comes straight

From looking at these pics and having the amuse sides on I think it would give you a little lip but not much since the amuse pretty much comes straight down from the door, etc. also I have found that with the amuse sides I find myself sometimes catching the lower edge with my foot when getting out since it is straighter than the original so for those getting these you may want to use caution when exiting the vehicle.
